Eligibility Criteria

The maximum age for the admission shall be 17 years on 31st December of the year in which admission is sought.


Minimum Education

(a). 10+2 class passed with the any stream and English core/ English elective with aggregate of 40% marks from recognized board under AHSEC/ CBSC/ ICSE / SSCE/HSLC or other equivalent board.

(b). Students shall be medically fit.

(c). Student appearing in 10+2 examination in science conducted by National Institute of open school with 45% marks.

(d). Student shall be admitted once in a year.

Admission

(d). Student shall be admitted once in a year.

Application Procedure

Application Procedure


(1).The application form should be obtained from Office, of St Martha Institute of Nursing, in submission of Rupee…… by Cash/ Demand Draft/ Banker Cheque drawn in favour of St Martha Institute of Nursing.

(2). All columns in the application should be dully filled up by the candidate.

(3).The following documents should be enclosed along with the application:

(a). Recent color passport size photograph of the candidate. One photograph must be duly attested by the Gazette Officer after being posted on the application form. (5 copies)

(d).The following documents duly attested by Gazette Officer.

– One Xerox copy of each X and II certificates and mark sheets
– One Xerox copy of birth certificate
– Character certificate from the Head of the Institution last attended
– Xerox copy of an identity or residential proof document (E.g. Voter-Id, Aadhaar card).
– One Xerox copy of community certificate and caste certificate (SC/ST/OBC).
– One Xerox copy of migration/transfer certificate (for other State Candidate).

(4).Applicants must submit the orginal certificates of academic qualifications ( 10 th, 12 th, TC and Migration) to the institute, this will be give back after completion of course.
NB: Migration certificate will not be return.
Incase any requirement orginals in between the course period, students can collect from office with application, and resubmit in time as prescribed in the application.

(5). Method of selection and admission:

(a).The entire eligible candidate will be required to be appear in entrance examination and will be provisionally selected on the merit basis.

(b). The test will include question in physics, chemistry, biology, general knowledge and general ability.

(c). The test will be in English medium.

(d). A limited number of candidates will be selected for the final interview.

(e).The candidates will be allowed for the interview those who obtained qualifying marks in the entrance examination.

(f).The decision of selection candidates will be final by the selection committees.
